So, I was talking earlier about doing songs too fast, so what did I do tonight.

I played almost everything too fast

Standards - the best of the lot, only a little too fast
Hey Dad - Just about right
How Can I Miss You ??? - TOO fast
Bang My Bald Spot - manic

still, got a great response from the audience.

Now I'm too wired to sleep

Okay, so I know that I am just starting off and you are actually good at this, but I am playing too fast too. Any suggetions, hints, blah blah? I don't think that "Leaving on a Jet Plane" was intended for punk rock speeds.

i thought it was pretty good last night. but i always enjoy your songs. i do have a question though, i own one of your cd's, and would like to purchase the other. i will not be at open mic night for awhile, so if i send one of my minions, would that be acceptable? i own "some see the glass half empty". thanks.
