As a former (con name redacted) Guest of Honor you are invited to attend and participate in programming.
I'd never been a GOH at that con.

Oh, and this at my ancient AOL address, which I check about every other month or so to see what spam has accumulated.
The fact that it was my AOL address gives an idea of how long it's been since I have been to that con, in this case 2006.
