A letter ...

I'm astounded. Yesterday I ordered several of item #367880. Today I got them. I was impressed by the quick turnaround time, but the shipping was, well, just plain silly. These 5 items, flat piece of cardboard that fold into boxes to hold CD jewel boxes for mailings, were sent in a 1 foot by 1 foot by 2 foot box. No packing. You could fit several 100 of this item in the box. I ordered 5. This is one of the most stunningly inefficient uses of space I have ever seen. I do have to wonder if, to get a job with Staples Shipping, if one has to take an IQ test and fail?
