Just a quick update

At the open circle
Marie Provost (Nick Lowe) - since someone had done a dog song
I Want To Kill Everybody (Ed Haynes) - since politics were being done
I am not sure if she was referencing me or some song I had not heard, but a woman made a comment about the woman doing sign language (who was wonderful) being able to sign along with Awful Eric ... or some such thing ... I hope she was talking about me

I went off to the war and protest songs theme circle and did

Masters Of War (Dylan) and the highlight of the weekend for me. Some of the singers in the room started echoing the phrases as I went along and it was just chilling ... thank you so much.
Roman Wall Blues (Auden/Harvey) A less than stellar version, but ok

I went back to the open circle and played
Color Of Your Eyes - Nicely done and seemingly well received
Pine City Motel Blues - The best I have done it so far, but I could see the lyrics clearly

How embarrassing. I decided to schedule a War and Protest Songs theme circle and then completely forgot to attend, though I was awake.

How did it go? Was it well attended?

There was a bunch of people, all of whom were exceptional. One of the best hours of the weekend as far as I was concerned.

I would have enjoyed the war and protest theme, but I was completely uninterested in some of the other themes that were scheduled, and I have too much crap to pick up and move multiple times in the evening, so I didn't go to the theme room.
