Boiler Room lists. They are trying to get him to buy bad stocks. If I get a call from the NYC area and it's not one of our offices, it is pretty much always a Boiler Room call. I won't use my bosses real name in this, or at least not his real last name, but I will use the name they tried to call him.<br /><br />Me: standard business greeting<br />BR: JOHN?<br />Me: NO!<br />BR: Is John there?<br />Me: Which John, I have several here (I know full well which he wants, but it's more fun this way)<br />BR: John .... ahhh ...
