I thought I did this already, but I apparently I haven't. I think that this fits in with a theme that I had going awhile ago ... a winky button to whoever remembers the theme.

My choice is easy. Gallagher, when he started, was a pretty good observational comedian who had a gimmick that closed his show. Then the gimmick took over, and he became a hack comic with a gimmick that closed his show. Carrot Top has always been a hack comic.

Thank you -- I really couldn't make a choice on this until you expressed that sentiment. I actually liked Gallagher's observational comedy ... heck, I even liked the gimmick on a limited basis. You're right though, when that became the whole act, I stopped watching.

apparently, carrot top shopped at the same lightbulb store in orlando that my ex shopped at. they sold crazy colored lightbulbs. of course, after i moved down there, we never went to the lightbulb store.

To be fair, I have never seen Gallagher live, but Carrot Top I LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! It does seem he's gotten a bit freaky looking the last few years, but I think that is the VEGAS showing.
