The album has SF tendencies ... and a couple of songs that are pretty specifically SF (Starman for instance), but Ziggy really isn't an SF song (go read through the lyrics). I would argue against Diamond Dogs too, but not as fervently. Mostly it's how you would interpret the words. Ziggy though, nothing to do with SF at all really.
