It's a gorgeous day

And I have a show in Ames tonight ... well, I MAY have a show in Ames tonight. If it's decided to cancel, I'll let the hordes of out of town people who were going to show up know as early as I can.

The snow is expected to start between 2:00 and 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, and could leave up to a foot of snow in some parts of the area.

27 Weather Central Meteorologist Brian Olson says the heaviest snowfall will be Tuesday evening and will taper to flurries Wednesday morning.

Areas north and west of the Dells are expected to see 4 to 7 inches total.

Most of the area, including Madison, should see 7 to 10 inches.

And south and east, in Rock and Walworth Counties, 10 to 13 inches of snow are expected.

Gotta love that our forecast here is for 6 to 12+ inches (and I've heard rumors of somewhere around 15 inches).

t'would figure I have a doctor's appointment in the morning :-}

If you do have your show, I wish you luck in getting home safely!
