If I could change one other thing, I would have gotten more technical certifications, and more assiduously attempted to make the jump from C to C++ (that is, from procedural to OO programming. I'm a Neanderthal)

So the space clear-age is not going well I gather ...

If it's a problem, one air bed will work nicely for the two small mutants, and the Moose and I can each tuck ourselves away on our air mattresses. I'd rather be in the room with the small mutants if I can.

Actually, it's going quite well. Your airbeds may be required, but from a geometric standpoint, rather than a pure square footage standpoint.
