A quick update
I have a lengthy report I am writing. For the moment
We arrived at about 5pm eastern. My grandmother was resting comfortably.
She was waiting for us. She passed away at 7:10

It always amazed me that people could do this. My grandfather did this when I was a kid. He was in the hospital and we were supposed to go on vacation to Vermont for a week. My father didn't want to go but my grandfather insisted. So we went. When got back we visited him in the hospital, then went home, and a few hours later he was dead.
