Some of you I hardly know at all, but you friended me and I thank you. But here's a thought: Why not take this opportunity to tell me a little something about yourself. Any old thing at all. Just so the next time I see your name I can say: "Ah, there's so and so...she wears mismatched socks." I'd love it if every single person who friended me would do this...especially those who rarely or never comment. Yes, even you people who I know really well.

We've never met. I've never hung out at a comic store where you and another one of you that wasn't you worked together. You've never spent the night in my house. You've never held a house concert at our house. I've never taken pictures of you at a house concert. You've never slept in the same bed with my wife at a concert. You bastard! ;)

Actually, you are well spoken, most of the time. Better by far than 90% of the people I've talked to in my life, and you would be better than 98% of them except that we are fortunate enough to run in an unusually articulate crowd.
