Good to hear many things are going better, and I hope you get more under control. Isolation has taken more of a toll than many people want to admit.

My experience is that controlling weight helps with many health issues. The key isn't "no X" but "less X." Abstinence is hard to sustain, and any break in it feels like you've lost it all. Moderation works better.
